The Sir John Colfox Rock Challenge dance team put on an amazing performance of their dance ‘Welcome to the Freak Show' at the Portsmouth Guildhall on Monday 26^th April. Addressing issues around mental illness, dedicated students in year 7 to 12 had been rehearsing for months under the direction of choreographer Rhea Soulsby.

Last weekend 11 students from the Sir John Colfox Language College attended the 20^th Model United Nations held at Kingswood School in Bath. After the initial terror of facing an assembly full of students, they settled in and made friends with various students from a range of schools and age groups coming from the UK, California and Russia. On the first day they participated in a general assembly then moved on to their separate Committees for a session of lobbying. During this session, despite the seriousness of the resolutions being lobbied for, they had time to socialise and all made friends that they will most probably stay in contact with for life.
