Cradle to Career - a 10-year whole community approach to raise young people’s life chances in Bridport – began on Thursday (11/6) with a community meeting.
Cradle to Career is a community-led, place-based approach designed to support children and young people through every stage of life, from birth through to adulthood and employment. It aims to involve businesses and rather than treating education, healthcare, social services and other support as separate systems, it aims to integrate them to create a seamless pipeline of support for disadvantaged families.
